REQUEST FOR BIDS: New Fire Department Utility Vehicle

The Town of Minot will accept sealed bids until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 27, 2026. All bids shall be mailed or delivered to:
Town Administrator’s Office
329 Woodman Hill Road
Minot, Maine 04258.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Fire Department Utility / Rescue Truck” and include the name of the bidder.
Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 12:15 p.m. on the same date.

A complete set of bid documents may be downloaded below. Bids shall be submitted using the provided Bid Response Forms (pages 8-
10). Final approval is contingent on acceptance at the Annual Town Meeting on Saturday, March 7th.
