REQUEST FOR BIDS: 1990 Tow Master Utility Trailer
The Town of Minot is accepting sealed bids for the sale of one 1990 Tow Master utility trailer.
The trailer is being sold as is, where is, in its current condition, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. The Town makes no representation as to condition, fitness for use, roadworthiness, registration status, title status, or compliance with any applicable inspection or safety requirements.
Known issues include, but may not be limited to, frame issues and the need for a new axle. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the trailer before submitting a bid. The successful bidder will be solely responsible for all costs associated with removal, transport, registration, repairs, and any other expenses after purchase.
There is no minimum bid.

Reserved Rights: The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town is not obligated to accept the highest bid.
Inspection: The trailer may be viewed by appointment through the Town Office.
