11/5 Election Reminders

- You will most likely receive multiple absentee request forms in the mail. If you would like to request an absentee, please only send 1 application back. We do not mail out absentee request forms unless asked to do so and we have no control over how many requests you receive. If you have questions regarding your absentee request, please call the office at 345-3305.

 

- You may also receive multiple voter registration application forms/ cards. Once again, we do not mail out voter registration cards unless we are asked to do so by you. If you have questions regarding your voter status, please call the office before making duplicate voter registration requests.

 

- If you need to register to vote please consider doing so before Election Day so you have a smooth Election Day experience. The State does allow for online voter registration. You can find the link on their website and our websites homepage.

Absentee Cut Off Without Special Circumstances: 10/31/2024 close of business

Request will begin to be filled once we receive the ballots from the State which should be around 10/7

 

Polls are open 8 am to 8 pm on 11/5

when parking DO NOT block off the Fire Department in anyway.

The Front Office will be used for voter registration only. Normal office business will not be conducted.

There may be petitioners collecting signatures. If so, please visit them after you vote to abide by the State laws.

The Minot Historical Society will be holding their bake sale in the kitchen area.

Remember this is an office and staff will be working so please try to keep the noise to a minimum.
