May 4, 2020: Plans for reopening
First, the elected officials and staff would like to thank Minot residents, business owners and taxpayers for their patience as we have worked through the State's requirements in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. After careful consideration and implementing several changes to our operations, we have devised this following plan. Please review to see any changes in operations in the coming weeks:

Town Office functions will continue as they have for the last 30 days:

Committees will continue conduct as they have for the last 30 days:
o maintain the less than 10 person limit under the Governor’s order o participants will wear face coverings and maintain social distancing o meetings will continue to have written minutes available after the meeting

3 Starting June 1st |
Town Office functions will increase:
o Plexiglass installed for each clerk’s window o A divider will be installed between counter stations on both employee and public facing sides o Masks will be required for customers entering the building o Only one customer per window will be permitted.

In-person committee meetings will resume as long as the Governor’s orders allow for 50 individuals to meet inside. |
Plans are subject to change at any time to maintain compliance any State or Federal directives and the health and safety of staff and patrons.
As always, the Town has a number of online services available that we encourage patrons to use:

- Burn Permits
- ATV & Snowmobile Registration Renewal
- Rapid Renewal Vehicle Re-registration
- Hunting & Fishing Licenses
We also understand that these options do not work for everyone and are available at the office to discuss your options. We also have forms to help prepare for your visit to help expedite the process.
